TAMPA - SchenkelShultz Architecture announced the following promotions:

- Daniel C. Laggan, AIA, was promoted to associate principal. A registered architect in Florida, Ohio and Arkansas, Laggan is a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Environmental Design from Kent State University. He recently served as project manager for the School Board of Sarasota County’s $16.5 million Suncoast Polytechnical High School in Sarasota.

TAMPA - Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida named James C. Moler, CCIM, senior vice president of the firm’s Office Group in the Tampa Bay region.

Moler earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Moler will provide leasing and investment property services to local, regional and national ownerships in the Tampa Bay region.

TAMPA - WilsonMiller recently announced that Catherine Jones recently passed her American Institute of Certified Planners Comprehensive Planning Examination.

Certified planners are members of the American Planning Association’s professional institute, AICP. Jones is a planner with WilsonMiller’s Community and Regional Planning Team. Her experience includes the preparation of corridor plans, site analysis, rezonings, Evaluation and Appraisal Reports, comprehensive plan amendment, and Developments of Regional Impact.

TAMPA - Commercial Florida Advisors recently named John Beil its commercial property appraiser. Beil is a Florida certified commercial property appraiser who has more than 10 years of experience in appraising. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business and has an extensive background in sales and property management.
