Realvest closes 2,700sf lease

MAITLAND - NAI Realvest negotiated a new lease agreement for 2,760sf of Class A office space in Primera Court II at 735 Primera Blvd. in Lake Mary.

Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM, negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Interchange-Primera II LLC of Daytona Beach.

Paylocity, a payroll and HR services firm based in Arlington Heights, Ill., leased suite 235 in the building for a new office to serve the Central Florida region. Pamela Grossman of Studley Inc. in Chicago represented the tenant.

Winston-James closes 2,800sf in new leasing

SOUTH DAYTONA - Winston-James Development LLC, which developed the West Orange Business Center in Winter Garden and the Aloma Commerce Center in Oviedo, recently negotiated new lease agreements at both centers.

Winston Schwartz, president of Winston-James Development, said J. Short Insurance leased 1,000sf of office space at the West Orange Business Center.

Valet Waste, which provides services to multifamily properties in Central Florida, leased 1,870sf of office space at Aloma Commerce Center.

Colliers Arnold marks medical office sale

ORLANDO - Colliers Arnold closed on the sale of the Osler Medical Pavillion building at 490 Centre Lake Drive in Palm Bay. The building is 17,790sf and sold for $1.5 million. Susan Morris, vice president, principal and managing director, and Kane Morris-Webster CCIM, director of retail and land services for Colliers Arnold in Orlando, were the sales agents negotiating the deal.

Highwoods marks 42,000sf renewal

ORLANDO - Highwoods Properties Inc. announced that Fifth Third Bank has renewed its lease on 42,400sf at Highwoods’ Eola Park Centre building at 200 E. Robinson St. in Orlando.

Catherine Reeves represented Highwoods Properties during the leasing process. Fifth Third Bank was represented by Chris Sproles of CB Richard Ellis.

SVN closes 8,500sf in new leasing

LAKE MARY - Sperry Van Ness has completed two leases for the Commerce Street Flex-Office building in Lake Mary. The center is off Lake Emma Road at 103 Commerce St.

ETS International LLC signed a three-year lease for 6,500sf. United Asia Travel & Properties signed a three-year lease for 2,000sf. Miguel de Arcos, managing director of Sperry Van Ness Florida in Lake Mary, represented all parties in each transaction.

Absorption, rates fall again in Orlando office market

MAITLAND - NAI Realvest negotiated a new lease for 1,400sf of professional office space at 620 SW 4th Ave. in Gainesville.

NAI Realvest broker associate Paul Vera negotiated the three-year agreement representing the tenant, Gainesville Injury Rehabilitation Center. The landlord is Fourth Avenue Investments LLC and was represented by Russ Hirshik of ERA Trend Realty.

Grubb & Ellis marks 21,000sf lease transaction

ORLANDO - Grubb & Ellis Commercial Florida negotiated a 10-year lease agreement for 21,456sf of office space at 1505 E. Colonial Drive in Orlando.

Anne Deason, vice president in the Office Group at Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the new tenant, United Safety Council.

Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida Office Group vice presidents Jay Dixon and Robert Kellogg and associate Jerry Thornbury represented the landlord, Orlando-based West Eden Partnership LLP.

C&W closes sale of 2,500sf condo

ORLANDO - Cushman & Wakefield Associate Directors Mindy Boehm and Betsy Owens announced the sale of a 2,500sf condo unit in the Alafaya Business Center to Dr. Ronald J. Trevisani for medical offices.

Grubb & Ellis closes 3,100sf in office leasing

ORLANDO - Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida recently negotiated two office renewal leases for a total of 3,102sf in the Angebilt Building at 37 N. Orange Ave. and The Citrus Center at 255 S. Orange Ave.

Anne Deason, vice president of office services at Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida, negotiated a lease agreement at the Angebilt Building representing the tenant, Wagner, Hohns, Inglis Inc., which renewed its lease of suite 850 with 1,298sf for 62 months. The New Angebilt Corp. is the landlord and was represented by Marc Cook of Tom Cook Commercial.
