Grubb & Ellis marks 22,000sf renewal

ORLANDO - Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida negotiated a long-term renewal lease for 22,353sf of industrial space at 7803 Southland Blvd. in the Orlando Corporate Center.

Jan Boltres, CCIM, senior vice president, and Michael T. Davis, vice president in the Industrial Group at Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida, brokered the transaction representing the tenant, Tape Products Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the landlord, Orlando-based Prologis. The lease is valued in excess of $500,000.

Realvest sells $272,500 condo unit

MAITLAND - NAI Realvest negotiated the sale of an industrial condo at Southwest Orlando’s All Star Service Center, 6610 Kingspointe Parkway off Sandlake Road West near the Florida Turnpike.

NAI Realvest Associate Drew Saphos negotiated the transaction along with Principal Christie Alexander and Chairman George Livingston. NAI Realvest represented the seller, Columbus, Ohio-based United Midwest Savings Bank.

Southern Commercial closes 15,000sf lease

ORLANDO - Principals Tom McFadden, SIOR, and William “Bo” Bradford, CCIM, SIOR, of Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors completed a 15,414sf lease renewal at 4214 Metric Drive, Winter Park. McFadden and Bradford represented the landlord, DA Metric LLC. The tenant is the United States Postal Service.

Southern Commercial closes 18,000sf sale

ORLANDO - Vice President Sher Tolan of Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors completed an 18,000sf sale at 3620 Princeton Oaks St. Tolan represented the buyer, SGPM Enterprises LLC. The seller, Wachovia Bank, National Association, was represented by Keller Williams - Tampa Central.

Realvest leases 3,300sf to Fastenal

MAITLAND - NAI Realvest negotiated a renewal agreement for the lease of 3,395sf of office-warehouse space at Hanging Moss CommerCenter in Orlando.

Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated the agreement on behalf of the landlord, COP-Hanging Moss LLC of Maitland, and the Jacksonville-based tenant, Fastenal Inc., a worldwide distributor of fastenings and associated products, tools and equipment.   

Fastenal renewed the lease of suites 140-150 at 6148 Hanging Moss Rd.

Realvest closes 33,000sf in leasing

ORLANDO - NAI Realvest negotiated two renewal leases for industrial space totaling 33,858sf at commerce centers in Orlando and Lake Mary.

Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated both transactions representing the landlords.

At Lake Mary Business Center the tenant, Goulds Pumps Inc., based in Upper Saddle River, N.J., renewed its lease of 32,358sf for three years at 1150 Emma Oaks Trail. Lee Morris of Cushman & Wakefield represented Goulds. Lake Mary BC LLP of Maitland is the landlord.

CBRE leases 11,000sf at Cypress Park

ORLANDO - CB Richard Ellis announced that David Murphy, senior vice president, executed a new lease with Quest Drape for 11,475sf at Cypress Park at 10003 Satellite Blvd. in Orlando. David Murphy represented the tenant, Quest Drape. The landlord was represented by Dan Colletto of Liberty Property Company, Orlando.
 

Sperry Van Ness leases 9,000sf warehouse

APOPKA - Sperry Van Ness has completed a four-year, 9,225sf industrial/office lease with K.B. Lemieux LTD valued at $164,025. The property is at 615 Superior Commerce Parkway in Apopka.

Richard Belschner and Ajay Babbar, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness in Lake Mary, represented the landlord. David Lundberg of Commercial Equity Partners in Orlando represented the tenant, BSW Toy Inc.

BSW Toy Inc. designs, manufactures and distributes educational and non-violent toys.

Realvest sells industrial lot

ORLANDO - NAI Realvest negotiated the sale of a 0.75-acre industrial development lot in the Forsyth Central Commerce Park in Orlando.

NAI Realvest Principal Michael Heidrich brokered the transaction representing the buyer, Longwood-based CY Capital LLC, who paid $120,000 for Lot 17 on Forsyth Commerce Road.

The seller is Synovus Bank, based in St. Petersburg.

Realvest sells 2,400sf industrial condo

ORLANDO - NAI Realvest negotiated the sale of units 1536 and 1542 with 2,400sf in the Anchor Road Commerce Center at 206 Reece Way in Casselberry.

Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated the sales representing the seller, Anchor Road Commerce Center LLC of Maitland.

Pyramid Enterprises LLC of Largo purchased the two units for $168,000.
