LandQwest launches Tampa Bay office
FORT MYERS - LandQwest Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in Southwest Florida, has announced its expansion in the Tampa Bay market with the opening of its new office in Lutz. It also announced the appointment of Marshall Bigler as managing broker for the new office.
LandQwest Commercial Tampa Bay has already been named the exclusive leasing agent for two Tampa area shopping centers owned by Inland American Retail Management, a national REIT.
LandQwest Commercial Tampa Bay will offer retail and commercial brokerage services including tenant representation and third-party leasing, as well as property management.
Bigler has 31 years of commercial real estate experience and has engaged in the brokerage activities of site selection and acquisition, retail disposition and site development for clients including GNC, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Eckerd Drugs, Exxon Mobil and Payless Shoes. He has also executed commercial real estate transactions including office leasing and development, industrial and special purpose real estate.
