Hauger-Bunch closes 40,000sf industrial sale

LAKELAND - Hauger-Bunch Inc. recently sold a property at 4220 Drane Field Road in Lakeland. The property consists of more than a 40,000sf industrial building on 6.37 acres and was purchased by Intercit Inc. of Safety Harbor for $1,800,000. The sellers were James and Ola Jean Hardee of Plant City. David Bunch of Hauger-Bunch Inc. represented the sellers, and the buyers were represented by Scott Cullen of Jones Lang LaSalle.
