Eola Capital closes 21,717sf lease

TAMPA - Eola Capital, an Orlando-based real estate investment company, recently secured a 21,717sf, 10-year lease with the Meridian Education Inc. in the entire Sabal Park Plaza office building at 9503 Princess Palm Ave. in Tampa.
Built in 1987, the single-story, Class B office space will serve as Meridian’s second campus location, an expansion from its Lakewood Ranch campus in Sarasota. The new Tampa campus will include a salon, classrooms and organizational space to support all programs the school offers.
Bruce Heisler of Duncan Companies Inc. represented the tenant.
