SKY Sotheby's to move to Proscenium

SARASOTA - SKY Sotheby's International Realty is purchasing approximately 33,000sf in Lion's Gate Development's Proscenium, a $1 billion, mixed-use project in downtown Sarasota. The Sarasota-based real estate company will locate its world headquarters at the development, which is anticipated to open in late 2010 to early 2011.

SKY Sotheby's is the first announced Proscenium occupant.

At the Proscenium, SKY Sotheby's will more than double its local size, with offices presently in downtown Sarasota, Longboat Key, Osprey and Lakewood Ranch. The Proscenium location will replace only the current corporate headquarters, 1237 Gulfstream Ave., Sarasota. The other locations will remain in place in order to serve the company's growing clientele.
