Transwestern leases 7,200sf at Doral Costa Office Park

DORAL - Transwestern's South Florida office announced two leases totaling 7,228sf at Doral Costa Office Park Phase I, a 130,000sf, four-story ,Class A office building at 9800 NW 41st Street in Doral. The team of Walter Robinson, senior vice president, and Laurel Oswald, vice president, brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, TA Associates Realty.

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), a provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration and technical services and solutions based in San Diego, signed a new lease totaling 4,968sf. Kim Colquitt with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

SNI Companies (formerly Staffing Now), a provider of recruitment and staffing services specializing in administrative, finance, accounting, banking, technology, and legal professions, recently signed a lease renewal for 2,260sf.
