Jones Lang LaSalle: Medwin, Wardell, Wigoda
MIAMI - Jones Lang LaSalle has hired three top industrial brokers to broaden its expertise in South Florida. Steve Medwin, SIOR, CCIM, and Harry Wardell, SIOR, join as executive vice presidents and will lead the South Florida Industrial and Logistics group based in Miami. Nick Wigoda joins as vice president.
A 20-year industry veteran, Steve Medwin has completed more than 500 commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $1 billion and has sourced more than $150 million worth of acquisition and development opportunities for his previous employer, Lincoln Property Company.
With a career spanning 40 years in South Florida commercial real estate, Harry Wardell has deep experience in sales, development, leasing and investment, including sourcing more than $150 million worth of acquisition and development opportunities for his previous employer, Lincoln Property Company. He was the principal of his own development firm for 25 years and has represented several Fortune 500 companies in site selection, acquisition, disposition and development of industrial properties throughout the U.S.
Nick Wigoda has held key positions in industrial and corporate services and has managed large development projects including Paramount Bay in Miami, a $400 million high-rise, mixed-use project totaling 1.2 msf.
