CREW-Miami hosts Economic Outlook luncheon
MIAMI - On Jan. 14, CREW-Miami will host its annual Economic Outlook luncheon featuring Hugh F. Kelly, recognized by the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) for his expertise in economic and market forecasts.
In addition to an evaluation of how supply and demand forces are shaping up for the major property types, Kelly will offer his thoughts about risks and opportunities for equity and debt capital in the year ahead - and what regions of the country are best poised for improvement.
Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by the lunch program from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m, both at the Coral Reef Yacht Club at 2484 S. Bayshore Drive, Coconut Grove. Attendees must RSVP by Jan. 7 at www.crewmiami.org. The cost for CREW-Miami members is $45; for non-members and walk-ins, the cost is $55.
