Prudential to manage largest Harley property

DAYTONA BEACH - Claude Gardner, manager of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, announced that Prudential Commercial Property Management has been awarded the contract to serve as property management for all of Bruce Rossmeyer’s Destination Daytona, home of the largest Harley Davidson dealership in the world.

Maryke Guild will have direct responsibility for the account.

Sheriff Guindi, co-owner of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, was the lead broker in the assemblage of the land that ultimately became Destination Daytona in 2005.
